I offer several services to help you find and maintain a healthy alignment with your world and your goals in life, whether they be physical (health, home, business, relationships) or spiritual (lack of spiritual connection, sense of purpose, something deep and unknown).

Nature’s Notion Optimization

This work encompasses all the modalities I have been trained in.  Primarily the work is performed remotely, wherein we will connect via phone or email to review your needs, then working via spiritual and energetic levels, you will receive optimizations appropriate to your needs.  Afterwards, I will report to you any information or insights I received that are relevant. Occasionally you will also receive exercises or recommended actions to solidify the work.

Akashic Readings

Thousands of people have been aided through receiving wisdom and insights from the “Akashic Record” since access to this field of information was popularized by Edgar Cayce in the 1940’s.  I have been performing Akashic Readings for clients since 2009, via phone or in person.

In brief, in an Akashic Reading, I ask questions and seek input from your “Masters, Teachers, and Loved Ones” (a group of souls and/or beings who care specifically for you and are here to aid you) to obtain answers and guidance relevant to your current issue.  Readings can be sought for many reasons – insight into particularly vexing situations or relationships in your life, clarification regarding spiritual practices or career choice, guidance for making life choices, and more.  Basically, Readings can help any time you wish you could consult someone with insight into your larger picture, to aid understanding or knowing what to do with what is going on in your life.

A Reading (in person or over the phone) typically takes 40-60 minutes.  During this time you may ask as many questions as you like, centered around a maximum of 3 different issues or topics.

Spirit-in-Nature Essence Program

Assistance and Insight to get your life on track.  Nature’s Notion Optimization sessions are coupled with your own dedicated use of the Spirit-in-Nature Flower Essence line to support you toward a new level of awareness and expression, living life in alignment with your own Highest Potential.

This work helps to support and rebalance qualities that were not developed as you grew up; and qualities that you may need to achieve your goals in life or to feel true, deep satisfaction.

There is an additional $16 fee for each session to cover the cost of each flower essence.
